For Bid Purchases: Bids are delivered to your account electronically at the time of purchase. No shipping charges apply.
For Handbags: Auction winners will be charged a $14.99 flat rate for packaging, shipping, and signature confirmation. JoJolie ships anywhere in the United States. We can ship to Canada, but at an additional shipping cost. We are currently unable to accomodate any other international purchases. All auction items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We typically ship within 5-7 business days.
For Gift Certificates: Most gift certificates will be shipped for free or a small nominal fee charged by the issuing store.
Returns
We're not happy unless you're happy. If you are unhappy with a handbag you purchased from us for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the auction close for a refund of the winning auction price. However, please note that we cannot refund the bids used to win any items. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at service@jojolie.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and additional instructions.

Bids are sold in packs of various sizes, so select the packagage that best suits your desire to participate. Check out our bid packs here.

When should I bid?
You are welcome to bid at any point when the auction is live. But be careful not to wait too long, because it takes time for your bid to reach our server. We recommend bidding when there are at least 5 seconds left in the auction to ensure your bid is accepted by the server.
How often can I win?
As often as you play! However, JoJolie reserves the right to limit winners to two auctions per week.
How can I request a specific bag be put up for auction?
We take requests! Help determine what bags will be auctioned by sending us special requests here.
How can I be sure the purses are authentic?
JoJolie guarantees the authenticity of all our products and stands behind our word with a $1,000 guarantee. We are able to do this because all bags are sourced directly from the manufacturer or their distribution partners.
