We strictly source our merchandise only from the manufacturer or reputable retailers to ensure we only carry authentic merchandise. We keep records and receipts of our merchandise purchases and keep careful track of the merchandise in our inventory control system with specific identifying information for each item of merchandise. If you can prove to us that a handbag we delivered to you is not authentic, we will refund to you the auction price and an additional $1,000.
